The Open Access Days are the central annual conference on Open Access in the German-speaking countries. It is aimed at all those who are intensively involved with the possibilities, conditions and perspectives of academic publishing. This includes academics and employees of libraries and other academic infrastructure institutions as well as members of academic administration and publishers.
You can register for the Open Access Days 2025 via ConfTool from now until 31 August 2025.
There is no limit to the number of participants.
Please note that this registration is for conference participation. Registration for individual programme items, in particular workshops, will take place separately at a later date.
When registering for the conference, you also have the option of registering for individual events in the supporting programme.
Participation in the social event (17 September) at the HTWG Konstanz beach bar (incl. drinks and food) is included in the conference price, but registration is still necessary for organisational reasons.
The conference dinner (18 September) has to be paid extra – please choose from the three main courses when registering:
