The European Open Source & Free Software Law Event (EOLE) aims to promote the sharing and dissemination of legal knowledge related to free software, as well as the development and promotion of good practices. In light of the COVID-19 public health crisis, the usual one-day conference has been divided into 5 webinars. The third session takes place on 17 February at 11.30 – 13.00 CET.
What is the EOLE?
The EOLE aims to promote the sharing and dissemination of legal knowledge related to free and open source software (FOSS) licences, as well as the development and promotion of good practices in the field. The event is organized as a conference cycle and is coordinated every year with a focus on a different subject matter. The upcoming session is focussed on open source and open science within public administrations and will feature a variety of speakers.
EOLE is a non-profit event organized by open source actors, as well as individuals who are strongly engaged and interested in this subject matter.
