#OpenDataSavesLives is driving open innovation with data, our aim is to help reduce inequalities by creating for the first time a true network of collaborators and resources in the open. This next session will be on open data in health.

Where is the link to the Zoom session?

The sessions are completely ‘open’ as everyone is welcome to register, but in order to help keep the sessions safe from gate-crashers we do not post the link anywhere online. The only way to get the link to the session is to register via Eventbrite and then we send the details out before the session begins.

If you are using a company-issued device, it’s possible that emails from services like Eventbrite are automatically blocked or sent to junk folders. Please check all of your email folders OR use a non-work email to register.

You’ve entered your email incorrectly at the time of registration. You will know this has happened because you won’t receive the automatic ‘you have registered for this event’ welcome email. If this is the case, you can contact the team at Open Innovations to manually change your registration info.

It has simply been buried somewhere in busy inboxes. We can relate. We send out more than one reminder, including one just before the session begins, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

I can’t find the email with the details.

When we send the event details, it will not come from ‘Open Innovations.’ It will come from Eventbrite and will have the event title in the subject line. So a couple of things could have happened here:

We send out at least two reminders, the day before the session, and a reminder on the day 20 minutes before the session begins.
