On May 24 will be held at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid the second edition of the NATIONAL CONGRESS ON ELECTRONIC PUBLIC CONTRACTING CNCE17, to discuss and advance the implementation of new forms of public purchasing adapted to new technologies and above all to new legal requirements. The Electronic Contracting Platforms represent a clear progress in transparency and efficiency for public administrations.

The congress is organized by the Public Innovation Club with the support of institutions such as FEMP, COSITAL, CNMC, IESE, AERCE, APMEP, the Observatory of Public Procurement and the Novagob social network and is sponsored by leading companies in the field Such as Vortal Connecting Business, Indra, Ayts Berger-Levrault, Microsoft, T-Systems and Add4u.
