phpday is proudly organised by GrUSP.

phpday is the yearly gathering for the European PHP community, since 2003.

The event is international and all sessions will be in English.

2022 edition is hybrid: it takes place in Verona (Italy) and will also be accessible online. The conference will last 2 days (19 and 20 May).
GrUSP is a community founded in 2003 as a PHP User Group, that has become the reference point in Italy for good practice in all fields of web development. We have been organising community-oriented conferences since then, always pursuing the goal of creating opportunities for people to meet, learn, share and grow together.

GrUSP is a non-profit organisation whose aim is to improve a healthier and sustainable web development ecosystem in Italy. We organise affordable, high-quality events and workshops for developers and promote the creation of local user groups (PUG), helping them in their activities.
Diversity and inclusion have always been at the heart of our initiative. We have been applying a code of conduct for many years, and we have scholarship programs for each of our conferences.

phpday is a community conference intended for networking and collaboration in the developer community. We value the participation of each member of the community and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Accordingly, all attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout the conference and at all conference events, whether officially sponsored by phpday or not.

To make clear what is expected, all delegates/attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers and volunteers at any GrUSP event are required to conform to the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.
