The 13th Samos 2023 Summit on ICT-Enabled Governance will be in conjunction with The 10th International Summer School On Open and Collaborative Governance

The 12th Samos Summit on ICT-enabled Governance offers an unprecedented opportunity to see, interact with and influence cutting-edge Information and Communication Technologies research projects and initiatives.

Attended by high caliber experts from research, administrations and enterprises worldwide, the Samos 2022 Summit focuses on the newest developments of ICT applications in the area of digital governance.

The Interoperable Europe Academy (IOPEU Academy) is an educational initiative promoted by the European Commission. Its main objective is to boost public administrations’ advanced digital skills in the interoperability field. To do so, it offers all online, self-paced Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). These courses are available to everyone interested in interoperability, but specially targeted to public servants engaged in digital transformation in order to support policy, service delivery and impact evaluation.

The European Interoperability Academy (IOPEU Academy) counts already  23 published online courses, with more than 10 to come in 2023!

The Interoperable Europe Academy (IOPEU Academy) started in 2019, funded under ISA2 and is now a key element of the European Commission’s Interoperable Europe initiative.
