“Context matters – One size doesn’t fit all”

Roy Osherove’s Elastic Leadership is a dynamic approach that adjusts leadership styles to meet the evolving needs of a team, depending on its maturity and the challenges it faces. By transitioning through phases of directive, coaching, and facilitative leadership, it promotes team growth from survival to self-organization.
