Our next Product Community Greece meet-up, the first of this season, is just around the corner!

This time, we are bringing back roundtable discussions as a means to promote networking, interaction and knowledge sharing – aligning with our core objectives as a community. To make things easier, we have selected the topic, we will provide some prompting thoughts & questions, and we’ll facilitate group discussions in smaller groups of 7-8 people.

What’s the topic of the discussion?

It’s all about cross functional collaboration, as this is a key element of a Product Manager’s day to day job. Product Managers act as the hyper-link between all teams of an organization, in order to align all endeavors towards creating products that customers love. Let’s dive into how to bridge the gap, break the silos and achieve effective collaboration between Product and:

✨ Product Design: let’s share experience and strategies for integrating with the design team so infuse user-centric design into product vision.

✨ Product Marketing: let’s discuss ways to align product initiatives with a strategic marketing approach, to amplify the reach, impact, and success of the product iterations and releases.

✨ Product Analytics and BI: let’s explore how to establish & nourish the connection of the Data with the Product teams, so as to ensure data informed product decisions

Do I have to participate in the discussion?

Yes, there will be group discussions in smaller groups of 7-8 people with the goal to get to know each other and share our experiences. Thus we encourage you to come prepared to share your thoughts, learn from what other participants have to share and connect with like-minded individuals!
