This event aims to explore APIs’ role in public value creation within regulatory boundaries of data governance. You can find the detailed agenda and the registration form here.

Policymakers, innovators, and experts worldwide will discuss APIs’ role in current European regulatory contexts and those to come. Existing regulatory processes (GDPR, PSD2) will be analysed and compared from an API viewpoint. The event will end up with a Discussion Panel where experts will debate innovative governance concepts such as API neutrality.

Participants will have the chance to exchange their views on how APIs may feature in data governance initiatives, and how law practice and APIs can align to build a strong, robust and competitive digital Europe.
