This convening continues a journey that began in Geneva in 2023, Beijing in 2024, and Brussels in 2025. Each year, the Congress has provided an intimate forum for foundations and ecosystem leaders to exchange views on the global forces shaping open collaboration.

The 2026 edition will gather leadership from Open Source foundations and built on these pillars. It will further broaden the conversation by inviting policymakers and industry stakeholders for a second day event.

This event will be governed by the Chatham-House rule and attending is by invitation only.
