The second edition of Rules as Code Europe will be hosted in The Hague on the 10th and 11th of March 2026.
Following the success of the Paris 2025 edition – where we explored the state of Rules as Code through inspiring projects and lively discussions – the 2026 conference will broaden the scope. This time, we will focus on a key question:
What are the terms and conditions for scaling up Rules as Code in Europe and beyond, contributing to a trustworthy, human-centred, and agile digital government?
“For the Rules as Code movement, it is essential to unite and realise that while we might have different approaches, we are united by common goals and values. Together, we can not only learn from each other but also scale up our efforts that are already improving the public sector and its (digital) services”.
Kristoffer Olsen – keynote speaker day 1
“Europe must reach for its future with confidence – the Rules as Code approach is certainly a foundation for that. We therefore hope to bring together those interested in building a shared European future, scale up our efforts and discuss the way forward together”.
Felicitas Bitzenhofer – keynote speaker day 1
Connect with colleagues from Europe and beyond
This two-day journey is filled with expert keynote speakers, interactive sessions, and the sharing of best practices. Together we will delve into how to make Rules as Code part of the everyday fabric of government.
