How to get involved?

The SUMO Sprint will run for 2 weeks and will include two main contribution areas: the forums and the social support on Twitter.

Check out the following step by step to get involved in both:

Forum Support

1. Sign up on the SUMO website
2. Go to Firefox support forum or our Trello board and choose a question to answer. Click here to get access on Trello.

3. Start answering!

4. Don’t forget to cross the to-do list on the Trello once you’ve answered

Social Support

1. You need a Twitter account. Register here if you haven’t!

2. Choose any tweet from our Trello board or learn how to setup your tool and workspace. Click here to get access on Trello.

3. Help answer tweets in whatever language you’re most comfortable with.

4. Don’t forget to include #fxhelp in your reply.
